What insurances do you accept?

At ANB Therapy, we strive to simplify the insurance process for you. We accept a range of insurances in-network, including Oxford, Oscar, United Healthcare, Meritain Health, UMR and Aetna. To check your eligibility, just send us an email at info@anbtherapy.com. Include a copy of your insurance card (both the front and back), your date of birth and your address. We’ll handle the verification so you can concentrate on your therapy sessions with us.

What are your out-of-pocket costs for therapy?

Our session rates vary based on the professional’s licensure status. For pre-licensed professionals, the cost is $125 for 45 minute for sessions and $150 for 55-60 minute sessions. Sessions with licensed professionals are priced at $175 for 45 minute and $200 for 60 minutes. Additionally, we provide out-of-network benifits, enabling your insurance to potentially reimburse you for sessions if we are not within your network.

How long are sessions?

Sessions last 55 minutes long. We are happy to schedule double sessions per week based on the issues presented and availability.

Are you conducting telehealth sessions? 

We are only conducting virtual sessions at this time. 

How do we  schedule an appointment?
